What are my consultation options?

You have two options:

Where is the clinic located?
​
The clinic is located within Dickson Chambers, Level 1, 22-55 Dickson Place, Dickson, ACT. Dickson Chambers is directly opposite the Dickson Post Office.

Are home visits available?

Home visits are no longer available.

Rebates
​Private Health Insurance
Exercise Physiology is covered by most private health insurers provided you have extras cover. Please contact your PHI to determine your level of cover.
Medicare
You may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan which allows a $60.35 rebate per consultation for up to five Exercise Physiology sessions per calendar year. Please speak to your GP in order to discuss your eligibility for this ensuring you have Eva Boland written on the referral. Please be advised that bulk billing is not an option.
NDIS
Eva welcomes self-managed and third party plan-managed clients. Please note, Eva is unable to see agency-managed clients.
